It’s incredibly common for most of us to feel a little out of whack at different points in time, like we don’t know where we’re headed or what our lives are meant to look like. These feelings can be overwhelming and at their worst, the cause of great despair and pain. Our energy is depleted and just not quite ‘in flow’. 

MASE Lifestyle was founded through years of learning, researching, practicing and teaching. Our mission is clear: we combine proven therapies and techniques to help you shift your energy, make positive change and bring you back into balance through connecting to your intuition and creative mind.

London-born Mae Kwan is a Wellness Creative dedicated to the transformative power of aligning mind, body, and space to foster individual balance. Mae believes in everyone's innate understanding of what they need to thrive. By blending diverse practices, philosophies, and therapies, she intuitively tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

Mae's ultimate goal is to unlock your greatest potential and expand your creative thinking, empowering you to craft the life you desire.

With a passion for creative expression through art, music, and architecture, Mae trained as an architect in the UK and launched her own interior design business after relocating to Hong Kong in 2010. Seeking a deeper connection to her life purpose, she began attending Hindu philosophy classes at the ashram in Hong Kong in 2011 and continues her spiritual studies with the same mentor to this day.

In 2015, after moving to Singapore with her young daughter, Mae recognised a profound need for therapy and healing to navigate her next chapter. Harnessing her creativity, she became a certified Tibetan Singing Bowl therapist and Feng Shui design consultant, skillfully connecting with clients to provide dynamic and healing experiences. Mae often incorporates the healing power of crystals into her practice and uses customised art prints for her Feng Shui consultations. Her creations were sold and exhibited at Design Orchard in 2021, extending the benefits of her work into clients' daily lives.

Driven by her inner compass, Mae has expanded her expertise over the past three years to include BodyTalk fundamentals, Mindscape, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT tapping). She is also a certified Business Coach. Now, through MASE Lifestyle, Mae provides consultation for businesses seeking to integrate wellness into their frameworks. She curates unique, immersive wellness experiences designed to promote healing, balance, and liberation.

Mae empowers individuals to shift their limiting beliefs, trust their intuition, and activate their full potential by integrating their creative capacity. She also supports organisations in fostering an empowered mindset and unlocking their innovative potential by focusing on emotional regulation, stress management, and overall well-being, Mae nurtures a happier and more productive workforce—one that is inspired rather than overwhelmed. This holistic approach enhances employee engagement and cultivates a culture of well-being within organisations.
