The Power of Balance
‘It’s okay to feel out of balance, the key is knowing how to find your way back to the centre.’
- Mae Kwan, Founder
It’s incredibly common for most of us to feel a little out of whack at different points in time, like we don’t know where we’re headed or what our lives are meant to look like. These feelings can be overwhelming and at their worst, the cause of great despair and pain. Our energy is depleted and just not quite ‘in flow’.
MASE Lifestyle was founded through years of learning, researching, practicing and teaching. Our mission is clear: we combine proven therapies and techniques to help you shift your energy, make positive change and bring you back into balance through connecting to your intuition and creative mind.
Meet Mae — the heart of MASE Lifestyle
“Making thoughtful adjustments in your mind and body, and the spaces where you live and work, can have a profound effect on the quality of your life.”
London-born Mae Kwan is a Wellness Creative who believes in the power of aligning our minds, bodies and spaces to achieve our own, individual definitions of balance. By ‘our own definitions’, Mae refers to what she sees as everybody’s innate ‘knowing’ of what is right for them. Through combining the vast array of practices, philosophies and therapies, Mae uses her own intuition as a guide to striking the best mix for every person she works with.
The ultimate goal? To help you unlock your greatest potential and expand your creative thinking so that you can create the life you want to live.
Mae has always thrived on expressing herself via creative outlets such as art, music and architecture. A UK trained architect, Mae established her own interior design business when she relocated to Hong Kong in 2010. Searching for a deeper connection with her life purpose, it was in Hong Kong that she embarked upon her spiritual journey by frequently attending Hindu philosophy classes.
Upon moving to Singapore in 2015, now with a young baby in tow, Mae was to discover a deeper need for therapy and healing work in order to find her next direction. She knew her creativity was the key to finding her way and with a musical background that began at the age of 5, Mae qualified as a Tibetan Singing Bowl therapist. A combination of talent, skill and experience has allowed Mae to become a dynamic singing bowl practitioner that performs according to the energetic connection she makes with her clients.
Frequently using the healing power of crystals in her teaching, Mae also tapped into her artistic side, creating a unique range of art prints and bracelet combinations designed to extend the results of in-person sessions into the homes and everyday lives of her clients.
Following and trusting her own inner-compass, Mae always knew there was more she wanted to add to her repertoire and over the last three years has studied BodyTalk fundamentals, Mindscape and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT tapping). Mae is also a certified Business Coach.
MASE Lifestyle has the ambition of guiding everybody to find and trust their own inner compass, tune into their intuition and activate their creative mind in order to thrive.
